Cookies: Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that The Customer is using. ROMEO MERINO websites, online advertisements, and emails use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to automatically collect information about The Customer interactions, such as browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and other actions The Customer takes in connection with ROMEO MERINO website, online ads, and email. IP Address: The Customer Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that The Customer is using by his/her Internet service provider. An IP address may be identified and logged automatically in ROMEO MERINO server log files whenever The Customer accesses ROMEO MERINO website, along with the time of the visit and the pages that were visited. The Customer IP address may also indicate his/her approximate physical location. How long does ROMEO MERINO keep The Customer information?

ROMEO MERINO keeps The Customer information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require ROMEO MERINO keeping The Customer personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of The Customer´s account.

Controls for do-not-track features

California Privacy Rights
